By booking a Human Design reading with Mary Okon Coaching, LLC, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These are here to create clarity, set mutual expectations, and hold the container of this work with care and integrity.
1. Booking & Payment
- Payment is due in full at the time of booking to reserve your session.
- All sales are final. No refunds are offered once a session is booked.
- Gifted Human Design readings must be used by gift recipient within 60 days of purchase.
- Your booking confirms your agreement to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Rescheduling & Cancellations
- You may reschedule your session up to 24 hours in advance by contacting me directly.
- Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed entirely, will not be refunded or rescheduled.
- If I need to reschedule for any reason, I’ll notify you promptly and we’ll find a new time that works.
3. Late Arrival Policy
- Please arrive on time so we can make the most of your session.
- If you arrive late, your session will still end at the scheduled time, so we’ll use the remaining time available.
- This policy helps us honor both your time and mine.
4. Scope of Services
- Human Design readings are meant to offer clarity, affirmation, and guidance based on your unique energetic blueprint.
- These sessions are not a substitute for medical, legal, psychological, or financial advice.
- You are always responsible for your own decisions and well-being.
5. Client Responsibility
- Please provide your birth date, birth time, and birth location at least 48 hours prior to our session.
- Your Human Design chart is only as accurate as the birth information provided. Please verify your birth date, location, and especially your birth time using your birth certificate whenever possible.
- If you do not know your exact birth time, please enter 12:00 PM (noon). You can still have a meaningful reading, but please understand that your chart results and the insights discussed may vary from what they would be with your actual birth time.
- Come with an open mind and heart. This work is here to support you, not to define you.
- You are the ultimate authority on your life. Take what resonates and leave the rest.
6. Confidentiality
- Everything shared in our session is held in confidence.
- Recordings and any session notes provided are for your personal use only and may not be shared, published, or distributed without written permission.
- I may share general insights, themes, or examples drawn from my client work for teaching or content purposes, but I will never reveal names without permission.
7. Technology & Delivery
- Sessions are held via Zoom unless otherwise specified. You’ll receive a link when you book your Human Design reading.
- It is your responsibility to ensure a working internet connection and quiet space for our session.
- If tech issues occur, we’ll work together to troubleshoot and we may switch to phone to complete the session if needed.
8. Personal Growth Disclaimer
- Human Design is not predictive or rigid. It’s an awareness tool meant to guide you back to yourself.
- If something doesn’t feel true right now, it may not be aligned yet, or simply not for you. Trust your timing and your inner knowing.
