I know exactly what it feels like to be overwhelmed, exhausted, and completely burned out, feeling like you’ve lost yourself somewhere along the way.
For years, I was stuck in that cycle of pushing, proving, performing, people pleasing, and putting everyone else's needs before my own, which led to chronic stress, burnout, weight gain, daily migraines, and a life that just felt heavy and exhausting.
Then I made the choice to start slowing down and start taking care of myself. I started with eating healthier, added in healthy work-life balance habits, then got more serious about my weight loss and wellness journey, adding in biking to stay strong and fell in love with self-development and mindset work along the way.
The part that surprised me the most in all of this, though, was that the changes I was making personally, were having such a positive impact on all the other areas of my life. Work, family, and everything else improved as I improved my mindset and self-care!
Once I realized that by taking better care of myself the rest of my life got better too, I thought, "How do more people not know about this?!"
Which is exactly why I got certified as coach and left corporate and started my business to help you do the same!
Now I am glad to help you with all that I have learned so you can have the support and guidance you need to navigate life's challenges and your next adventure in life too!

I have 20+ years of culinary experience, with 16+ years as a professional Chef.
Some of the highlights were being a private chef for 3, managing a commissary kitchen/bakery for a 7-location cafe, being the director of a large-scale food service operation that provided over a million meals per year...and cooking for my family will always be my favorite!
My favorite food is peanut butter!
My bikes (Peloton & road) are 2 of my favorite things!
Riding just makes me feel so alive and free! Plus, I truly believe that movement is important for all areas of our wellness: mentally, emotionally and physically!
