I know exactly what it feels like to be overwhelmed, exhausted, completely burnt out—feeling like you lost yourself somewhere along the way.
For years, I struggled with chronic stress, burnout, weight gain, and daily migraines. I was stuck in a cycle of pushing, proving, performing, and people-pleasing—until I just couldn't take it anymore and knew I had to do something to take back control of my life!
So, I made the brave choice to slow down and create a life that supports ME—my health, my happiness, and who I truly am. Not just a life filled with checklists and expectations, but one that feels good and deeply aligned.
Through my journey, I discovered that real, lasting change comes from letting go of the conditioning we picked up as children and learning how to step out of survival mode—so we can finally feel safe to be ourselves!

I love being outside in the sunshine! Biking, walking, or just sitting outside taking in the fresh air - love it all!
I have 20+ years of culinary experience, including 16+ years as a professional Chef. Some of the highlights were being a private chef for 3, managing a commissary kitchen/bakery for a 7-location cafe, being the director of a large-scale food service operation that provided over a million meals per year...and cooking for my family will always be my favorite!
My favorite food is peanut butter!
My bikes (Peloton & road) are 2 of my favorite things! I am truly grateful for the Peloton Community & definitely believe in the power of movement for mental & physical health! Plus, riding just makes me feel so alive and free!
