Mary Okon Coaching LLC Terms & Conditions

Agreement: By purchasing coaching services from Mary Okon Coaching LLC, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.

Scheduling & Session Use: Sessions must be scheduled in advance and used within the following timeframes:

• 3 or fewer calls: within 30 days of purchase 
• 4-6 calls: within 60 days of purchase 
• 7-12 calls: within 90 days of purchase
• Any unused sessions after these periods will be forfeited.
   

Rescheduling & Cancellations: To reschedule a session, at least 24 hours' notice is required. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session will be forfeited.

Payments & Refunds: All sales are final. No refunds or transfers.

Confidentiality & Disclaimer: Coaching sessions are private and confidential but do not replace professional medical, legal, financial, or mental health advice.

Personal Responsibility & Results: Coaching provides guidance and support to help you make informed decisions that align with your goals. Your results depend on your personal choices, actions, and circumstances. By participating in coaching, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own decisions, and Mary Okon Coaching LLC cannot guarantee specific outcomes.

Personal Use Only: Coaching services and materials are for personal use only and may not be shared, resold, or distributed.

Intellectual Property: All content provided by Mary Okon Coaching LLC—including written materials, videos, and resources—is the intellectual property of Mary Okon Coaching LLC and may not be shared, reproduced, or distributed without permission.

Privacy Policy: Personal information (such as names, email addresses, and payment details) is collected only as necessary for business operations. This information is used solely for communication and administrative purposes and will not be shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law.

Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved through arbitration or mediation in Wisconsin, USA. The parties agree to bear their own costs.

Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, USA.
